Dr. Heinrich is the VERY best of the best! I've never come into contact with ANY physician in my entire life that I've felt better about. He has literally saved my sons life & I will always and forever be in his debt. I've worked closely with his staff (M?) for 6 years now & they have always been so good to us. Many occasions I have been tardy or forgotten my insurance info or even had trouble making appointments with the call center folks & they ALWAYS not ever ONCE have ever turned me away, been rude or seemed annoyed, never not once ever NOT been helpful or accommodating to us every single step of the way & gone above and beyond. He CARES. I mean Genuinely, cares & we can feel that. We know that. THAT'S the sign of remarkable. I can honestly say he has been a Godsend to my family?

I couldn't ask for more, nor can I say enough about him. He took his time to talk to me and explain everything, but also talked and explained everything to my nervous child. He was more than patient with us and I would recommend him to anyone.

We love this doctor and always thought we would follow him anywhere. But we hate his new office. The building is dark and full of diet doctors. It's hard to find and IMPOSSIBLE to park. Luckily, the worst is behind us, and we only need to come for follow up once a year. Not looking forward to it though.

Dr. Heinrich was excellent with my child and with us. He explained all of what he was doing and answered all of our questions.
