Dr. Stephen Heinzman just recently repaired my hiatal hernia robotically and I could not be more pleased with his expertise, and professional caring manner as well as my progress!

Had Nissen Fundiplication 6 months ago and still have not recovered. Still throwing up and can not swallow much of nothing.Ended up in the hospital twice after surgery because I was u able to swallow so I became severely dehydrated. I went there month after month and heard the same thing. It’s part of the recovery. I finally searched for more opinions and they told me the wrap was too tight and too long. I would never recover unless it was redone. This surgery is awful and now I have to go through it all over again because of the lack of experience he had performing this surgery the first time around. Needless to say the medical bills I’m still paying for a surgery that went terribly wrong. When I questioned why I was not recovering like other patients he was very arrogant. I would say offended. Do your research before you put yourself in his hands. Anything to do with your digestive system is nothing to mess around with.

He didn't want to hear anything, he spent less than 5 minutes. Made his diagnosis, performed his surgery. Almost immediately complications arose, he attempted to fix, and on third and final try, he made it impossible for antone to ever be able to correct it properly.

Several years ago I had to have a breast biopsy.Dr Heinzman listens.When he found I had researched my condition ,he was very polite and asked me what I had learned He told me my information was accurate 80 % of calcifications like mine are benign.He has an excellent beside manor,a way of putting you at ease.Trust is the word that comes to mind when I think of him.

I had a pilonidal cyst removed but once he got in he had to remove more than originally thought. He was very informative, with great bedside manner! I had no problems what so ever with putting my life in his very capable hands. He spoke with my wife and mother before the procedure and they told me that he was the best doctor they had ever had the pleasure of talking too. Not only does he not talk down to you, but he makes sure that you and your family feel safe and comfortable with him. Not to mention he doesn't leave the room until every single one of your questions has been answered. I highly recommend him!
