The receptionist was very rude when making the initial appointment. The Doctor seamed in a hurry. I went in with a written list of twelve items I wanted to discuss, we covered three of them before he was rushing me out the door.

He took time, he was supportive and I feel like were a team. Yes there is a wait but I cause that as much as the previous patient when he spends time with me. Rather wait then feel rushed though the visit.

He was so caring. He helped me through Lyme disease. He is the best!

I've been to see Dr. Hennigan twice and both times I had to wait over an hour, and this was before lunch so it wasn't as if they had gotten really behind over the course of the day. The lobby is dirty and cluttered, Fox news is blasting on the television, and the sickening scent of "air-fresheners" was overwhelming.When I was finally able to see the doctor, he spent less than five minutes with me and actually told me to google the results from the over $4,000 in tests he had ordered for me because he didn't know what some of the results meant and hadn't bothered to look it up. He then referred me to another doctor for another expensive procedure without explaining why he felt it was necessary or appropriate. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and felt like he didn't have the time or interest to listen to me or take my health concerns seriously.

Dr. Hennigan is a rare Dr. He has many patients, yet he always makes you feel you are the most important person on his mind. His visits at the hospital, no other Dr. can compare with the time, concern, and geninue desire he has to give you the best care possible. He saved my life more than once because he wouldn't give up until he figured out what was wrong with me. He is a gem and although it wasn't great being ill, he made it an experience I can look back on and be thankful he was there. He is humble, but he is a hero.
