better confirm your appointments, and bring a copy in writing, as he does his own scheduling and is very forgetful., and he will back lash at you after u have travel hours to get to his office., also the most unprofessional he will ask you to do his foot work for him, by having the paying customer contact, other professionals that he wishes to speak with, because he is to lazy to get on the phone., also he will put into your report to the court testimony from people that have only meet you once under most severe circumstances, and he will paint you in a most unflattering light, to add filler to his report, which consist of him having you talk about your marriage from day one till the custody battle, he will then write into your report that you complained about your spouse, . BETTER BRING HIM SOME CANDY OR YOU WILL HAVE TO WATCH HIM GO THROUGH HIS DIABETIC SHAKING FITS WHILE HE TAKES NOTES AND YOUR MOST IMPORT EVALUATION,. the only reason he commands big dollars is because he is a… cronnie of the court system that will make you pay if you have the means, for the courts to hand over your cash to there old boys club.

Stephen Herman was the most unprofessional quote unquote " Doctor " my family has ever been connected too. Know Knowledge of my states law, no bedside manner & his testimony was thrown out in court.

Superb listening skills - Insight - Puts children's needs first He's honest and straight forward and is not concerned with saying what one or the other parent demands. He sees through Narcissists and Borderlines, when many professionals avoid getting on the bad side of such personalities.

Not only does this MD have a heart of stone, he has no clue what is going on in a child's life, and takes no initiative to try to find out from the child or corroborate information parents give him. If caring for a child of divorced parents, he can easily be swayed by one parent, and will ignore the pleas of the other parent, no matter how reasonable. My son hates him to this day, he did nothing to help him and abetted years of abuse by the other parent and step-parent. My son suffered, and still suffers terribly from years of indifference on the part of Dr. Hermann
