Not only did Dr. Holdsford change my life he has saved it as well. He approached me in the ER even though he WAS NOT my attending physician. He had remembered me. He Offered me a DIFFERENT direction to go with my chronic pain. He never judged me. He understood the problems I was dealing with. Because of my many health issues I have seen MANY doctors and he was the first to give me hope. He believed in me when all the others could do nothing except refer me to another doctor. I would refer anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens and cares for his patients. He was the Miracle I needed and I am forever grateful to him.

He came into my ER room, laughed and said to go home and take Advil. He apologized for me being sent there and then said “someone has to pay my kid’s college tuition”. I have since received a sunstantial bill from him, since he is not in my network (the hospital is though).

I received a notice of collection for $17.20 from FOUR years ago. I don’t have those records and cannot even verify this. Hearing nothing for years, notified of collections! $17.20?? Really??

I went to urgent care feeling like I was on my death bed (flu) and Dr. Stephen was so amazing, caring, and knowledgeable...with the perfect amount of humor to make me laugh. I actually thought he was so great that I googled to see if he had a regular office instead of only emergency because I was going to switch to him for my permanent doctor. Perfection!!!
