Very pleasant, nice Doctor. :)

I saw Dr. Hordynski for an annual check up. A friend referred him. I’ll never take her advice again. He was late to the appointment. Then rude because I asked for a thorough exam. He was irritated that I requested a Pap test. He was not happy to do the test and caused a lot of pain. I left the appointment in tears. Vowed never to go back. If they had called and said there was an abnormality in the test, and he was the last doctor on earth, I still wouldn’t go back.

No bedside manner, not courteous, easily offended by a strong-educated and knowledgable mother asking questions. Most horrible experience...never again.

Dr. Hordynski was very inappropriate with me during one of my visits. As I lay there with my legs in the stirrups he asked me if I had been a good girl. I was 21 at the time and being treated for an HPV related problem. I was shocked by his question and in a very vulnerable situation while he did that. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Very nice and knowledgeable man. He was patient with me and helped to make situations less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hordynski delivered two of my six babies in 94 and again in 2001. Not only did he give me excellent care, but he showed so much compassion, as I was high-risk and hospitalized a few times before delivery from preterm labor issues. He had such a gift of calming me. When Beaver Medical clinic screwed up and paid another OB the complete amount of prenatal money (they had told me I only had to see him the one time until Dr. Hordynski officially joined them the next month)...it caused me some serious issues. Fortunately, when Dr. Hordynski learned of the stress it was putting me under, he volunteered to handle all my prenatal care free of charge. How many doctors care that much about their patients? Another time, Dr. Hordynski had to perform my LEEP procedure and the equipment in the Beaver Medical office malfunctioned in the midst of the procedure (not just one piece either, but both the low-voltage electrified wire loop to cut out abnormal tissue became stuck inside my cervical tissue… and the smoke suction instrument quit working). He handled it wonderfully, even though it was frustrating. Other doctors came into the procedure to see if they could figure out a solution to fix the machine or to get the loop out of my cervical tissue and they were just as perplexed. Dr. Hordynski eventually figured out a solution and finished the procedure. Personally, I trust this doctor with our lives. He never let me down and got my babies and me through my high risk pregnancies unscathed. :) I don't know who his nurse is now, but Joanne was his nurse when I had him and she was always sweet and a blessing!

He was my OB 23 nyears ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. Bad memories of the whole experience thanks to him. I'm very surprised he still has his license to practice.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hordynski. He delivered both of my children. I was a high risk pregnancy and he acted very calm when complications arose, which helped to calm me. He went above the call of duty and came to the hospital on his day off to do an unplanned operation. He is warm, caring and sensitive. He is a human being who deserves to be appreciated and thanked for all he does. I also thank him for saving my life and the life of my baby.
