Dr. Stephen Terry House, MD

As the other reviewer stated it's VERY HARD to get a hold of anyone in the office .Voice mail -leave a message--takes forever to get back to you. I rely on Dr. House and his staff to treat a loved one who is house-bound. By the time one get's a hold of the Dr. House the problem is worse. Dr. House is very forgetful and rude. Doesn't take in account of the patients feelings.Needs a much improved bedside manner. Shame that a good home doctor is so hard to find.

I feel this doctor is competent if he would choses to attend his patients. It is impossible to get a call back from the staff. You get put into voice mail that is never returned. A nures with a question must hold for over a half hour. If you feel that something is developing into an urgent proplem you will not ger a vist from the physician. You need to wait. We ended up going to the hospital twice due to this physicanal not attanding to the problem and waiting till scheduled apoitment.
