Bronx Location Front Desk extremely unprofessional, abrasive, highly rude. Very unbecoming attitude of Mary the Front Desk Administrator. She does not give eye contact when patients are asking for information. I underwent a very disturbing experience as I visited the office only to schedule an appointment because she never returned my calls as she said she would. While I was at the front she rudely asked why was I there when she clearly said she would call me. I replied by stating that I had called every day for five days and she did not have an answer for me!!!!! I expressed to her that I was giving her the utmost courtesy and I did not appreciate her rudeness nor disrespect.

Listens to my complaints. Very professional and knowledgeable. Treatments are extremely helpful. Trust him completely.
