Have been going to Dr. Irwin quite some time now... It's always a joy when I attend a visit with him... He is a fantastic Dr. and a very pleasant person in general... His office is bright and delightful … Dr. Irwin's staff are so friendly and helpful … Glad Dr. Irwin and staff are there !

Dr Irwin has the worst side bedside manner I have ever experienced in my 26yrs of healthcare. He had no alternate treatments options to offer my mother with Neuroapathy. He is in adequately trained in pain management. Go see Dr Lou in Fayetteville AR if you want an experienced pain management physician. S.Zimmer RN

Dr. Irwin did a procedure that resolved by Back and leg pain for the past 9 months and I am still pain free. Before my procedure every step was excruciating. I highly recommend this caring and talented physician.

He gives great relief with injections. Helps so much! Highly recommend!!

The office staff is not very knowledgeable or friendly. Dr. Irwin is brusque, does not fully explain procedures, and is treats patient questions as an inconvenience. He had a diagnosis/treatment plan in mind before I ever set foot in his office and was not willing to consider alternative options for my condition. I endured a VERY painful treatment at his recommendation and it did not help me at all.

I have been to several pain doctors in the area and Dr. Irwin is the best pain doctor in NWA. He was able to help relieve some of my back pain that has been a problem for over 6 years. I am back at work now and able to move around much better than before. If you need pain management I suggest you give him a try.

Dr. Irwin is caring, capable, and had an excellent staff here in Arkansas. It was a terrible loss for me when he left. My heart rate and blood pressure had gotten high due to pain and no rest. I had several cervical disc problems causing pressure on the psyiatic nerve resulting in pain in my shoulders, arms, and hands. I was also having severe low back pain all resulting in a loss of sleep and rest. Dr. Irwin diagnosed the low back pain as a sacrum cyst. All of this is exacerbated by Rhumatoid Arthritis. I was losing my zest for life when my rhumatologist referred me to Dr. Irwin. My GP also agreed with the referral. A treatment plan was laid out and pursued that resulted in complete relief. Unfortunately, the nerves will often times find their way and the treatment has to be repeated, but he gave me 9 months to a year of relief. I am now in need of another treatment and wish he were still in Arkansas. He is as good as pain management doctors get and he really cares… about his patients. I liked the fact that he did 2 trial runs to make certain he was in the nerve center causing the pain before burning the nerve. Once he burned it, i thought i had died and gone to heaven. I highly recommend Dr. Irwin without qualification.
