Dr. Stephen Jeffery Jackson, MD

Dr. Jackson allows a bad culture of harassment in his practice against his clients/patients. He defends his office general manager who harassed me by making up a story that I was harassing her though it's the other way around. She threatened me to call the police. When I told her that I had severe bipolar depression disorder, she said that I was just using it as an excuse. When I had a chance to talked to Dr. Jackson, he pretty much repeated what she said that's when I knew that what the office manager was spewing was coming from Dr. Jackson - mean, insensitive and disrespectful. Before this incident happened, I had the opportunity to talk to a nurse. He said that the office manager had many complaints before which contradicts Dr. Stephen Jackson's claim. Dr. Jackson and his office manager are in collusion to denigrate people especially the ones with mental illness. They are insensitive, no compassion, and no sympathy for people who are suffering from mental illness. Very sad!

Medical staff I was was good. Receptionist was rude, dishonest and incompetent with billing and referrals.
