Not thrilled with any of our visits or calls for appointments. My child had two molars come loose that were silver capped and became wedged. They were causing pain and the adult teeth to grow in sideways. I was told this wasn't an appointment worthy complaint and that tylenol and time would resolve the already 3-month long issue after several calls to the office. It would seem that the office manager was left to make the decisions from what the receptionist told me each call. I finally paid out of pocket for a dentist who agreed they needed to come out STAT to prevent damage to their adult teeth. I was told to bring my child in for their yearly which was still another 4 months from those initial calls for an appointment.

Hire a professional office staff. I made an appointment for my son weeks ago during his spring break and took off work to get him there. The office called and confirmed the appointment. Later today I got a call from some lady basically saying I did not have insurance, which I do and provided to the office when I made the appointment. Then she started telling me that I had some cancellation no show fee from a year ago that I knew nothing about. They never called and said I owed them money or sent me a bill. She then proceeded to tell me that she was cancelling my sons appointment and asked me how I would like to proceed and basically told me to find a new denist and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the office manager but they wont answer the phone. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner, my son needs to go to the denist I have had this appointment for weeks and took off work. I could have taken my kids somewhere for Spring Break but we had this apppointment.… I have never had any professional treat me in such a rude and non caring manner.

I took my son here. The receptionist tried to convince me and my wife that Fluoride is a "vitamin and mineral". The entire visit was all fire and brimstone about all the issues with my sons teeth. There was not a bit of tact in the delivery of information. The visitation was cut short by the dentist finding out I had a different opinion on Fluoride and that we were not going to administer that drug to my son. He said "Oh You must have googled something".... Unfortunately he does not see the value in an educated patient. He then presumed to dry brush my sons teeth commenting on the bleeding....Maybe this is common practice because I will be honest, I have not been to a dentist appointment with my son before today. However, I feel like a dab of water or something would have made some sense. I asked the dentist if there were any alternatives to Fluoride. He quickly answered "no". Then washed his hands of us, literally... He literally referred us to the major hospital in the area and let… us know that my son needed caps on the majority of his teeth. He said he also has cavities and told me the only thing proven to stop cavities is fluoride. Then he was gone. Wife in tears. Sons mouth dry and bleeding. The exit yielded the fluoride vitamin and mineral drinking receptionist who obviously had already succumb to her chemical lobotomy asking us to set up the next visit. Long story short. If you dislike fluoride, Dont take your child here. Its a shame how the medical industry has crumbled into capitalistic oriented business. True care for a patient and the "Over all well being" is thrown out for profits and corporate greed.

If you want X-rays done on a disabled person, good luck. He doesn't have time for you.

I was referred to this dentist when my 7 yr old daughter was uneasy at the normal dentist to have cavities filled. I have been into Kees for the initial apt and consultation. We haven't set the appt yet for her surgery. Let me just say. There is one lady that answers the phone who I felt was very rude and short. But the next time I called a different one answered and all was good. When Kees came in after her cleaning to talk about what he wanted to do he rushed through it in 3 min tops and stood up and rushed out. Lol I don't know what to think. I almost thought he had to pee real fast.
