Please do not visit this facility. They are rude, uncaring and unreasonable. I visited one of their offices and they told me I would have lab results in 48 hours and 9 days later, nothing. I was told nothing until I called the director who hung up on me and made a threat to call the police. Oh my goodness. Please think twice. Ugly attitudes!!!

To start off I'm very sick to begin with. I went into the office on my lunch break, which apparently was their lunch break as well. I filled out the paper they asked me to. When they called me up to the front window/ desk area they woman said ma'am your insurance office is closed from 12-1 so unless you want to pay your deductible you will need to wait. I arrived a little before noon. I told the lady I already met my deductible at the other location at the beginning of the year. She told me she was sorry I would still need to pay the 300.00 because it wasnt showing up in the computer. I over paid the other location and it took them over 30 days to process my refund check I told the rude lady behind the desk but she didn't care. So I left. Entering the Wilma Rudolph location as I approached the desk my 1st and last name was written on a piece of notebook paper with notes beside it. So when the lady asked me my name I said ohhh it's the name on that paper. They told me my deductible was… met and I would be seen in Just a little while to have a seat. As I am sitting in the lobby they are talking about me. How professional is that?? It's not!! The only reason I ceTo this place today is because my doctors office is closed. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. I am very unhappy by the way I have been treated!!

Dr. Kent is unfit to be providing care for patients. He made me feel like a druggy due to me having a history of severe pain. Even though I have not seeked any meds from even my primary care doctor (they were closed so had to pay them a visit). I told him I did not want meds I wanted a solution have to give him props on getting x rays done and finding out I re injured my neck and have a cracked vertebrae so how does he treat me with meds!!!!! He is currently at the Doctors Care Urgent Care in Sango area in Clarksville, Tn. So now I have to go and face my REAL doctor who he called to find out if I was being treated for pain and who I tried to see a month ago when this occured however she was out with back surgery. hmm ironic! For those of us that try not to treat our symptoms without meds mad props for those of us that abuse meds shame on you because it has hurt us that actually need them when we can not take the pain anymore. PS Dr. Kent if people really wanted drugs to abuse they… wouldn't come to a dr to get them. I will do my best to make sure you sir will be known to be the ahole you made me feel like. If I could give a negative rating I would.
