I'm a law enforcement officer for a local agency. I had two appointments scheduled. I missed the first completely by my mistake. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment with another doctor in the practice and was told that it was rescheduled by the doctor for two days later (stated they sent a letter, but didn't bother calling). Two days later I was working an emergency situation and called the office in advance to inform them I would not be able to make the appointment due to any emergency situation. They told me they could not reschedule anymore appointments and I would have to go to another practice because I missed the previous. I understand this is partially my fault, but how about putting your patients first! It's OK for them to cancel with little or no notice, but don't you do it, whether or not it's an emergency. I guess they can pick and choose because they're making millions from the insurance companies and they really have no concern for the patients they're… seeing.

A patient of 8+ years. Always received excellent care. Knowledgeable and thorough. Dedicated to the health/welfare of his patients. Strives to give patients quality of life. Keeps up on research. Never feel like U R unimportant and he always maintains promptness. I like him. Dr. SM Kimbrough has kept me mobile. I feel like he cares about my happiness and health. Thank you doc.

Dr.Kimbrough takes his time and truly listens to my concerns. I have quite a few medical issues and Dr.Kimbrough knows his medical issues. He knows what medicines to put me on and what not to. His bedside manner is absolutely top-notch. With out a doubt there is not a better neurologist in this area.
