Dr. Stephen Lee Knapp, MD

I was a patient for a couple of years and saw the sic all of 5 minutes. Terrible pa missed all the classic indications of colon cancer. Refused to set up a colonoscopy until I made a scene with them. Clerks then did not refer me, but blamed BMC for the lack of appointment. BMC in turn blamed them. So I'm sitting here worried about my health standing between two feuding clerks in each office, neither of whom cared a lick about my health. The doctor didn't deal with it. He's lazy. His staff is dysfunctional. They should all be ashamed and get a job that is less important to those they serve. Like cleaning bathrooms in a state park.

Dr. Knapp and his staff have been outstanding during each visit. The comfort and compassion shown by all at his office is second to none.
