He told me that he didn't want to try more contacts on me and that 3 was enough. I felt as if he had already got my money and just wanted to get rid of me at that point. He also overcharged me by quite a bit and I had to go to my insurance company to get my money back. He was abrupt and sarcastic the 3 times that I had seen him. He said that he was "not going to try every single contact lense" on me and that I was probably meant to wear glasses. (I had been wearing contacts for many many years) Whenever I called to say that I had not received a new prescription by mail as promised- I was told that they were on the way. I was told by Bea, the secretary that the Dr will call me. He never returned my calls. This has been going on for over 2 months now. I feel as if I have been treated with much disrespect and insensitivity. It's appalling! If it matters, I am also a senior citizen.
