Dr. Stephen R Kraus is a horrible physician, he should not be taking care of patience. He does not care about his patience. He does not take time with his patience. And he rushes his patience at every single visit. I will not be seen him in the near future or next year. Get Him fired ASAP. Thank you have a great day

I do not recommend this physician. He has horrible bedside manners and has a rude demeanor and does not take time with any of his Patients at all.

Dr Stephen r Kraus is A horrible doctor. And he is not a people person. And does not care about his patient and does not take his time. He thinks his time is valuable and not learning about his patients. I will never see him again. I think he was one of the worst doctors. I have ever met in my life.

Dr. is very rude unprofessional racist and ridiculous would not recommend him to anybody here in San Antonio Unless you want to die. Some of his staff are very unprofessional and rude as well. If he has a problem with you he will drop you and terminate the services with you like a pancake.This Dr. needs to be placed out of his profession and serve animals instead of humans.

I have been a patient of Dr.Kraus for two plus years...He is competent cordial and has a very professional staff that communicates effectively I have every confidence in his treatment ,judgement and expertise.

I called to set up an appointment. Teresa answered the phone and asked what my diagnoses was. Isn't that why you go to a Dr???? To find out your diagnoses? She refused to give me an appointment in a reasonable period of time...earliest available is 3 months away. REALLYYYY??? I will definitely be seeking another Dr.

Stunning treatment by the staff today. Had to make arrangement with wife that I will never have to return. After 20 years of cross-examining people, it's not bladder surgery to notice inconsistencies, and don't we all hate it when someone is telling us a lie? Seriously, a Dr. with that staff is not operating on my wife. Send my regards to the lovely Ms. Hernandez, Rodriguez, and Teresa, I mean really Doctor, all three versions of the story were lovely. But we liked you.
