Dr. Lagergren and his staff are wonderful , empathic, professional, knowledgeable and are always willing to help in any way possible to best serve the patient.

I have not seen Dr. Lagergren in quite some time. I hope he has improved his arrogance since then. I found him to be too busy to listen to what the patient has to say, their concern. He blows everything off, i.e., 'you're not getting any younger', etc. Both my parents were faithful patients of his for years, neither being whiners, quite the opposite. Old School. My mother was concerned W/her health, i.e., tired, not feeling good, running a fever, etc.He would not listen to her,told her 'you know, you're not getting any younger'. It turned out she had Ovarian Cancer, & passed away from it due to him blowing her off. During this same time, my father, her primary care taker, was acting, shall we say, very unusual for his personality. My entire family continually voiced our concerns to him about this, & he blew us off.Turned out he had Alzheimers. Had Dr. Lagergren listened, he could have lived a better life in the end prior to his death. Make Dr's Listen 2 U!
