Dr. Stephen Siu-Wing Lee, MD

Do not visit this doctor if you want a professional opinion. He knows nothing. He also doesn’t want to fight insurance and will let your condition get worse. I saw him for two whole years and he never put me on otezla... I went to see another derm and they were able to get this for me and my psoriasis has cleared up. This doc left me in the doc as my condition got worse and worse. Wasted a lot of money and time with him.

He removed some tissue and failed to provide enough anesthesia so I could feel the pain. Awful. Also the bookkeeping is terrible. They basically stole from me.

I went to Dr. Lee upon the advice of my husband who had an ok experience. Dr. Lee I think is very nice and professional, BUT, and this is so importatnt that he knows, there is a lady in his office who is awful - and rude - and overcharging, with no customer service skills. This was my first visit and instead of billing my insurance first - which is protocol, she made me pay $150.00 for the consultation. I was shocked, but I paid - this was before I left the office, not before the consultation so I could have refused service. No, I will not return, there is a very bad approach to clients.

The over charging for services is absolutely ridiculous. After charges for about $1,000 for ~5-10 minutes. they added $200 more for the two seconds it tool to freeze a single wart that I did not even ask to be treated. I do not know how these people can sleep at night. It seems highly unethical. Office staff has been rude. I always have to wait for the doctor and then he does not seem to even pay attention to what he is doing. On my recent visit he missed several pre-cancerous growths that will have to be treated by another doctor (and cost me more money). There should be a law that protects people from this kind of gross billing abuse and medical incompetence. I can imagine that he gouges the insurance companies too. The people that reviewed Dr. Lee well must be made of money.

This guy is pure sucker. I just think this sucker got his license to practice in medical field. His medical knowledge is definitely horrible and almost can NOT do anything.The appointment is a disaster. After a long waiting and we are really disappointed to his care and my disease became worse. Anyway, stay away with this sucker.
