Dr. Stephen Fraser Lewis, MD

I am fairly new to the practice but I love that he listens, takes the time to address your concerns and explains anything that you might not understand. Listening has always been my number one concern and knowledge which he has shown me.

I have been a patient for over 20 years, he listens and respects your point of view never rushing you. He is awesome

Doctor Lewis is amazing! I've been to many neurologists and no one has been as smart or caring as this doctor. The neurologist I was seeing went on medical leave and I needed to see somebody new. He never once picked up the phone or sat there in typed on the computer the entire time period he took some notes by hand the period he had an old fashioned feel to the office with new technology. He also told me that I could be taking name brand and there is a difference between that and generic. He also let me know that I could have taken this one medicine but My previous neurologist did not feel like filling out the paperwork. So today I had my 1st round of medicine in office without having to go through the insurance. Then I will come back and 3 months for the next round of shots. Which was also great my other doctors would never do the shots they would make me do them and I'm not good with that period I feel very confident with this doctor

Dr. Lewis is Great! I've been seeing him for many years. He's very helpful, always explains things and makes sure you are well informed. I see him every 3 months for Botox injections for migraines.

Terrible Dr likes to hear his own voice hard to get ahold of only good is that he is available a lot faster then other neurology practices what takes an hour to say from him can be said in 10 minutes or less had to wait over an hour for an appointment other people in waiting room ahead of me too close for comfort as waiting room is Tiny

I found Dr Lewis as I was forced to change Neurologists when our insurance carrier changed and my former Dr no longer accepted my insurance. What a silver lining!! I LOVE this Dr and cant praise him highly enough. Dr Lewis is very thorough & crystal clear with his personalized explanations and I have never left his office feeling like a number as I often do with Drs now. He actually is aware of who I am and what my medical issues are! His staff is as nice and helpfully accommodating as he is. I would be heartbroken to have to change Neurologists now. (actually I bounce ALL my health issues off him first, since I think he is as close to a real life "Dr Marcus Welby" as there is now :-)

Dr. Lewis is a wonderful neurologist

Dr. Lewis was referred to my by a friend for my child with seizures that were not controlled. She has Autism and migraines as well. Dr. Lewis told me things about my child that I didn't know, I thought I knew my child. We had gone to several neurologists and no one was able to control the seizures, handle the autism, the migraines and us as parents. The seizures are now controlled. We have had no migraines in a year and the medication my child is on does not interfere with daily functioning in fact our quality of life has doubled to the positive. When we were trying different meds, my child had a bad seizure at school. The school nurse phoned him and he answered the phone to talk directly with the school nurse. He gave an emergency visit. When we arrived he had a complete picture of the seizure from the nurse and was able to treat accordingly. That is when we became controlled. He is respectful with us as parents, my child and the school. I would recommend Dr. Lewis to anyone and have.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR LEWIS FOR 18 YEARS. HE HAS NEVER BEEN ANYTHING BUT HELPFUL, COMPASSIONATE AND HONEST WITH ME SINCE DAY ONE. WHEN I DID GET A SECOND OPINION EARLY ON OF MY DIAGNOSIS HE ENCOURGED IT.I WOULD NEVER CHANGE DOCTORS, UNLESS I ABSOULUTELY HAD TO.

Dr. Lewis is one of the worst doctors that I have ever dealt with. He really does not listen to you when you are trying to get help. If I have one suggestion about him it would be run away as fast as you can and find another doctor
