Do not recommend at all. He did not listen to my concerns and quickly rushed out of the room. Terrible physician.

Walked in for my first appt. with Dr. Stephen A. Lewis & the receptionist handed me an Advanced Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage & told (not asked) me to sign it. It was pretty complicated so I asked if if I could sit down & decipher it. She said "No. You can`t walk off with it". So I started to read it & she said "Just sign it". I asked her if she would make a copy of it & let me sit down & read it first. In a loud voice she turned around to exclaim to her fellow receptionist, "He wants me to copy it!" & her workmate said "Well if that`s what he wants ...". I was embarrassed as a line was forming behind me and instead of making a copy, she said "Follow me". She walked me into an examination room, shut the door & said "Sit down". She handed me the paper which had 3 options and for me to check one. I had a couple questions on the wording & she answered "Oh I don`t know just sign it". I don`t sign anything without first understanding what it says so as I`m reading it again she starts to… LOUDLY hum a song! I didn`t want to make a scene so I didn`t say anything until I got to the 3rd option which was "I don`t want the service listed above" and I checked that box, walked out & will never go back. Sorry Dr. Lewis ...
