Dr. Stephen Yonann Liu, MD

Dr. Stephen Liu specializes in orthopedic surgery with advanced training in hand surgery. He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. With 15 years of experience treating patients with hand and wrist conditions, Dr. Liu brings extensive expertise to complex orthopedic cases. He is fluent in English and Russian.

Dr. Liu practices at multiple locations throughout Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Exton, Berwyn, and West Chester, with a primary affiliation at UPMC Mercy. His clinical focus includes treating carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger conditions. He performs endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery and specialized hand and wrist procedures to help patients regain function and reduce pain.
