Absolutely love this Doctor, he was friendly and seemed concerned about my condition. And relieving my pain. The nurse Gabi was great too.

Rude and argumentative.

You hear about bad doctors and bad experiences in ER's. My husband I had that unfortunate experience yesterday. My husband had gone into the ER at TriPoint hospital on Auburn Rd. to get stitches on the face from a work related accident. I met him there and by the time I arrived, 40 minutes after him, they finally greeted him. There was only one other person in the waiting room the whole time, per my husband. We were put in a separate waiting area for about an hour when a man in a red lab coat literally popped his head in the door and said they'd be moving my husband to another room. Long story short, my husband was then put into the usual ER cubicle. A nurse here and there came in. They took my husband for a CT scan and about an hour after that a physicians assistant came in after I requested with a nurse to speak with someone after 4 hours of nothing... I told the Physicians Assistant (that wasn't familiar with my husbands case) that I wanted to speak with his real doctor. Low… and behold the man in a red lab coat, literally pops his head in the curtain and only says we're compiling a plan and walks away. What plan??? A male nurse comes in the room and I ask him what this "plan" is and who the guy in the red coat was. He said, Oh, he's the doctor. I was completely floored!!! We thought he was an orderly or intern of some sort. By this time it's almost 5 1/2 hours with no cleaning of the deep facial cut. After the lack of care and service we took my husbands records and went straight to a plastic surgeons office. The doctor literally never spent a solid minute with him. We never saw the physicians assistant again. I/we told the hospital and nurses multiple times that my husband was allergic to Penicillin. This incompetent doctor sent my husband home with a prescription of Amoxicillan! We cannot believe that he was the ER doctor let alone a doctor at all. He needs more training by real doctors if he chooses to remain in his profession. He'd absolutely clueless!
