Dr. Stephen Bernard Manale, MD

Was referred to him on a Thursday for inguinal hernia. Every day we called the office, no answer. Leave a message, no call back. Been waiting a week and still nothing from that office. They don't give a crap about people. They'll contact you when they feel like it or not at all. I got the later 6 calls and 2 VM's still no call back. And I have BCBS Insurance so what's the excuse.

Dr. Manale handled my mother's month long stay in hospital. He was kind, compassionate and very thorough. He was always available to answer the many questions our family had. I was very impressed with his bedside manner, his professionalism and his knowledge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Manale saw me first in the ER and determined that my gallbladder needed to come out that same day. I was first struck by how young he looked, but was quickly satisfied by his skill, bedside manner and professionalism. His office staff is very pleasant and professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Manale to anyone.
