Dr Markantone did surgery on my toe 25 years ago (1998) & I scheduled an appt to see him years later (2018). He remembered me & asked about how my kids were doing too. I told him about the pain I was having & he explained to me in detail what I was dealing with & told me about how podiatry surgery has evolved since that point. He also helped me right then & there! This was concerning a surgery he performed on my foot almost 20 yrs previously! He was ALWAYS thoughtful, careful & concerned. Always.

All my interactions with the staff and the doctor exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind and very professional. Dr. Markantone diagnosed my current problem, a corn on the ball of my left foot, and he took care of it right away!

My surgery went well. He is a very good surgeon and has a wonderful personality. His North Versailles office has a wonderful receptionist who is very helpful

Dr. Markantone performed a very through evaluation of my right foot and provided a diagnose of arthritis.

I was referred by my doctor to a podiatrist because of arthritis in my feet. I chose this doctor because he was near me and the reviews looked good. He told me my feet weren't "that bad", then proceeded to question why I was on disability. After explaining it, he remarked that I "seemed to be fine". His tone was dismissive at best, and bordered on mockery. Apparently has personal issues that he feels he needs to express at work. Unprofessional.
