Fine dr but he sure loves to hear himself talk about things that he’s wrong about! Lots of virtue signaling of how he lives a low carbon foot print life and eats while foods… but then he tried to back up some claims with research that i challenged that he couldn’t back up when googling online. Also, he was an hour late and didn’t listen to me. Thanks buddy!

Dr. Marra was over an hour late for my appointment with no apology. After telling me that the awful hearing issues I was experiencing in my left ear weren't that big of a deal, he was unable to give me a diagnosis. He just told me to go and buy an over-the-counter nasal rinse at the pharmacy. Dr. Marra was dismissive and insulting, and I left his office furious. When I got my billing statement a few weeks later, it showed an "in-office procedure" that he never performed. He billed my insurance $1500 for this, and I was expected to pay an additional $150 out of pocket. I also checked the notes in my chart, and it mentions that I have a deviated septum and that we discussed a rhinoplasty (this second part has since been removed)!!! WHAT?! By the time I complained to my insurance company, they had already paid out the claim. I refuse to pay this man another dime, and now my unpaid bill is at risk of going to collections. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE.

It's been 14 years exactly, since Dr Marra operated on me for a sinus problem... and drilled 25¢ coin-sized holes on either side of my internal nasal passage. Subsequent ENT doctors have been shocked. Marra said "The holes will shrink over time." Other doctors explained, "He drilled into cartilage; the holes won't shrink." Almost immediately after surgery I had to use a CPAP machine to breathe when asleep since the nasal wall would collapse at night. Fourteen years later, I still use a CPAP machine. Marra solved my sinus problem at the time, but cost me a lifetime of not being able to breathe at night.

Dr marra is very inappropriate in my opinion .. he says things to you during your visit that are not proper to say as a doctor and I won't go into detail. He says one thing one visit then says another the next visit .. in not happy with this doctor at all.
