Dr. Stephen Andrew Mccullough, MD

had an appointment that was pushed back twice, so after the second rescheduling requested to be wait-listed. was called a day later to come in the following morning. arrived, processed my co-pay, then within 5 minutes cancelled the appointment with little to no explanation. requested the practice manager by name and was rebuffed. waited 2 hours to finally speak to a supervisor who did little more than refund the co-pay; then she had security appear to walk me downstairs and out of the building... best part is they contacted my other providers at Cornell to 'warn' them that I was upset. perhaps, in an attempt to sully my reputation and my relationships with my other doctors...never got to see this doctor, but the cardiology practice has become a mere shadow of itself. I am now going across the street to NYU Langone for my cardiology needs. bottom line: this doctor, nor this place does not value their patients.

I was referred to Dr. McCullough by my recently retiring cardiologist. I found Dr. McCullough to be quite knowledgeable and to possess a very kind manner. We hit it off right away. DR M treated me as a human being rather than a set of statistics. After the visit I felt very confident that we would work well together. GLC

Dr. McCullough has a very good way of explaining medical terminology in easy to understand language. He is a wonderful, compassionate physician. I am so grateful to have him as my Cardiologist.

It was my husband’s and my first visit to Dr McCullough. He was knowledgeable, caring, and after a thorough exam gave us information we had never been given. We are so fortunate to now have him as our doctor and the long wait to see him was well worth it.
