Tommy will be missed but they fit us in with Dr McKenzie, really liked him, never felt rushed and found him to be personal, asked a lot of questions, he made us feel very comfortable

-easy to talk with -doesn't talk down -he remembers my medical stuff we've looked at before -reminds me of things I forgot to do -cares

Dr Mac is the reason I've come back to Burney for my healthcare, never rushed, love his concern and love for his patients

we saw him three times now, excellent bedside manner, good listener and he makes you feel at ease and comfortable

just moved up from Bay area (bought a house) with my wife, we heard about this doctor after trying two others since we moved, now were happy, even my wife said how happy she is about him, even though he asked lots of question, he listened to each answer, he reminded both us of sum followup result that are due, I liked that he asked first what we wanted to talk over (neither of us have ever seen that), he's interested in us, he called my wife already about her tests (I haven't done yet), we both really like him

My nana asked I write some stuff about her doctor She thinks he's great She says he listens to her She told me to say he explains things well She likes that he holds her hand and cried with her (I saw him do that, he also gave my nana some money when she said she couldn't afford the antibiotic he wanted her to start right away

When I heard Dr McKenzie had left I cried then I found out that the hospital had swooped in and asked him to work with them I rejoiced. I've never had a doctor that loved his patients, that listened to his patients that reminds us of tests that are due but most importantly, all wrapped up in a really neat guy

He was abrasive, rude, and cursed at me because he could not find my vehicle although I gave a clear description of it. He did not make me feel welcome or even respected; in fact, he made a stressful situation worse.

We see so many doctors (more often their not doctors but Nurses or Doctors Assistants) but here's a doctor we are so lucky has moved and is taking care of us seniors. He gives me time, listens and always asks the questions I want to ask, and always answers them, unheard of in this time of rushed in and out health care. He's a farm boy that we are all so lucky went to medical school, he still has that farm boy charm, but boy is he smart and so through and so organized and reminds me to do test that nobody ever has here. He saved my life and He's wonderful and they better keep him,
