They were terrible. I called today because I am having horrible pain specifically told them prier that what they were giving me does not help. The nurse kept giving me stuff threw my IV claimed it was anxiety meds. So I was so far screwed in the head when the doctor finally showed up to talk to me I couldn’t even talk to him. He showed no care at all for the fact I was scared. No care at all for other medications I was taking. They told me my husband could come back with me to talk to the doctor then he would have to leave I figure they probably didn’t allow that because of her constantly giving me stuff threw my IV and she never told me was it was until it was over half way in. They did not tel me when they were getting ready to put me out. They did not tell me what all I got into my IV. Apparently I got 5 things but they only told me about one. They were just overall uncaring and completely rude. They were not at all comforting but they wouldn’t allow the only support system I had to… come back with me. I will not ever take another referral to this office. I am now laying in bed. I haven’t slept since 5pm yesterday because the pain is so bad. I can’t stop crying. I am coughing up blood and making myself throw up from crying so badly because the pain is to much and the office just told me to take ibuprofen. They have no care for their patients at all. Do not go here.

The team was amazing. I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and everyone was so nice and attentive. They really helped put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone. I cannot believe that he has bad reviews. In my case, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Many yrs ago Dr. Steve cut out my upper wisdom teeth in Joe Evans office in Liberty, Mo. He was a great guy, did a great job and even called to check on me at home that evening. I still remember you Doc annd Im still going to Dr. Joe. I have lots of relatives in Jonesboro. Ill look you next time Im there. Thanks again, Chuck Blake

My husband had extensive dental work done by Dr. Modelevsky and he was wonderful. He and his staff were nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. The bad reviews blow my mind because we didn’t see any of this. Thank you for your professionalism and help during this time.

This doctor has his moments of when he wants to put on a show and moments of when he couldn't care less of who sees or hears him acting like a complete rude and very temperamental man! If you are one those that blindly go in, have some half effort pre-consultation, have surgery, and get rushed out, then you might say it is a great place but if you pay attention it is NOT! We heard the doctor VERY rudely speaking to staff right before he walked in our room with a red face and making it very obvious he did not want to be there. All of the girls were lovely and you can tell they try to smooth over as much as possible but you can also tell that everyone is in a rush and walking on egg shells. The overall stressfull feeling you catch from the employees takes a toll on somebody about to have surgery. We had a consultation before our actual surgery date so I witnessed this same behavior both times. He is very snippy and impatient to his employees which concerns me for somebody that does… surgery on many teenagers. Had our schedules not been so crazy and this appointment the only time we had available I would have went to another surgeon. The icing was put on the cake when my child was in recovery and the doctor came in and gave us a somewhat goodbye. One of the assistants had us completely ready to go but I was having issues with my card going through. This process took about 25 minutes total to resolve and within that time frame the doctor had came by twice and made sure his frustration was obvious that we were still there by yelling down the hallway "I'm not really sure WHY they are still here but it's time for them to go!" We quickly heard a woman say we were having card issues but we were ready to go which was then followed by him mumbling and slamming a door. I had to verify payment with the bank and we were out 10 minutes later but I will never revisit that place or let anyone I know have such an experience!

Dr. Modelevsky and his staff are the best ever! I had to reschedule my son’s appointment 4 different times and his office staff never once acted like I was being a bother to them. They were very understanding each time even though 3 of those 4 times were just the day before the appointment. When my son finally did have surgery I couldn’t have ask for better treatment from the entire staff. The doctor himself even called to check on him that night. I’ve never had a doctor do that. If I or my family ever is in need of an oral surgeon again I will definitely request to be referred to Dr. Modelevsky again.

Doctor was unprofessional and uncaring. Cancelled procedure days before because he decided to schedule a doctor appointment for himself. Didn’t care that we had spent weeks figuring out our schedules, childcare, etc

His office is wonderful for people with no jobs, kids, or other obligations. Scheduled my appt five weeks ago after lining up childcare, my husband arranging his schedule, etc... only to be called today (mere days before my appt) for me to be told he scheduled a personal appointment and had to move mine. The ladies in the office are very kind, but it still doesn’t change how unprofessional this request of the doctor was. And they did say “This is just something that happens!” Like it’s the norm. So just be warned that your appointment is always “tentative” in Dr. Modelevsky’s eyes.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, got dry socket in 2 of them. The staff was very nice and accommodating but I was told one price, which I paid, then billed for more MONTHS after the actual surgery.
