All the staff and Dr. Nechvatal were wonderful. I appreciated their kindness and how quickly they did the procedure. I would recommend this practice.

Horrible!! Doesn't even deserve one star!!!! Horrible at communicating, won't work around schedules, lack of information, make appointments that are supposed to coincide with dentist office because they're working together and they don't even know enough to contact the dentist as they're supposed to which causes the patient to drive back and forth 4 times to get a 2 min procedure done because the "surgeon" can't remove a temporary implant...seriously!!! I could write a whole page on reasons to not go here!!!

the Dr. is great ....it,s his staff that will break him ,,,they need schooling OR CLEAN HOUSE

Office staff is rude and gave me inaccurate advice. I was in a ton of pain, made an appointment and was told they took me off the schedule when asked about price. Someone there hung up on me,accused me of lying and said I was going to "slander" them if I went to social media. Absolutely no compassion for someone in distress.

My sons first dental surgery is today. In fact im writing this review from The Michigan oral & facial surgery center. He was very very nervous and I promised him I I would be there to hold his hand for his IV. We were sitting here waiting they call his name I start to go with him and guess what? Im not allowed to go with him! Instant panic from him and they couldnt care less. Why was i not allowed to hold his hand? Also Dr.Nechvatal is just awful he makes you feel inferior and questions are hard to get answered. Todays apointment was bumped from one time to a time 2 hours later as well. All I ask is can they be alittle more sympathetic to our kids?! I just pray to God he comes out OK.
