Dr. Stephen Masato Oishi, MD

I commend and thank Dr. Stephen Oishi whose diligence caught a malignant 7.1 cm liposarcoma obstructing my kidney and ureter which was discovered in its early stage around Halloween of 2019. Upon review of my blood work, Dr. Oishi called me, after hours, to follow up and he recommended further tests which included an ultrasound and subsequent CT scan. Dr. Oishi was very proactive and kind throughout this stressful period. As the preliminary finding showed possible malignancy, he recommended a highly respected urologic oncologist who then referred me to a skilled general surgeon. The surgery was successful and I am very grateful to Dr. Stephen Oishi. His nurse, Angie, was wonderful too and helped with scheduling appointments and follow-up. Thank You, Dr. Oishi!
