Dismissed my health issue, took a phone call during my visit & discussed private info abt other patient in front of me, then said he had no time. His solution was to write me rx, not concerned at all abt my problem. Told me to be quiet when I asked questions. 2 hours in waiting room. A waste of time!

I was having some blood on my stools and was fairly young at the time, 23. Unlike most doctors that would simply call it hemorrhoids Dr. Parnell spent the time with me and decided to go in for a colonoscopy. What we would was Crohn's Colitis. Whenever I have a major problem with my disease I can call right over and talk to the doctor right away. Being such an aggressive disease it puts me at ease knowing my doctor is on top of things and takes the time out of his busy scheduled to make sure im ok. I havn't had any experience with any other gastro, but I see no need to because Dr. Parnell is on top of everything and is def helping me control this disease!
