Dr Phelan is the ultimate medical provider ! He is never restrained by the clock when it comes to explaining course of action of care he is proposing. He explains all test results and any implications suggested by those test results. He is compassionate and he listens to questions or concerns. He is without a doubt the consummate professional you only hope you are fortunate to have in your corner!

Dr Stephan Phelan is always professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. He gives you his complete attention and never makes you feel rushed. He is very personable and pleasant to talk to about all your concerns. Lastly I find him to be very thorough. I highly recommend him without reservation.

After having had the worst endocrinologist ever in another state, Dr. Phelan is awesome. He takes the time to explain things and in 25 years of having A1Cs that were not in the range, I finally got back to a 7.1. Many, many thanks!

Dr Phelan is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I highly recommend using him especially if you are looking for a diabetes doctor, Dr Phelan really cares and takes the time to explain things with you. Is more than happy to answer any of your questions. He is young so he know the latest updates in treating patients.
