Dr. Stephen John Pollard, MD

Overall the staff are friendly and the doctors seem to have good beside manner and take their time with you. They are very poor with follow up and any business outside the office. They have made errors several times in getting prescriptions for my children to the appropriate pharmacy and calling them into mail order as asked. It seems that if you don't keep track of everything yourself there will be errors. I also was considering shots and they never followed up. It appears the need some focus on the continuation of care other than your time at the office.

Dr. Pollard is the best doctor I have ever had to pleasure to meet. He took the time needed to listen to me and I never felt like he was rushed. He "really" listened and that is something that I haven't found in a long time. He seemed to really want to help me not just push me through the appointment. His treatment has worked in one year compared to 9 years at another allergist that I was not getting any better.
