I have been in a wheelchair twice, having had both hips replaced and 8 spinal surgeries. There was wasn't much left for me and for my future......and then I met Dr. Pyles and STAFF. Now, I can walk some, sleep through the night, and I GOT MY LIFE BACK. Maybe, THEY CAN HELP you too, and also end the kind of pills, pain and madness that I endured. He is the most rude and unprofessional "doctor" I have ever encountered..I went there to see if he filled pain pumps..his nurse went back to ask him..he came out to talk to me..informed me that my doctor (whom we have complete confidence in and has helped my husband so much) doesn't know what he's doing..questioned every aspect of my husband's treatment. Needless to say, I asked for my papers back and walked out..he was nothing short of a narcissist . i only gave one star because I couldnt chose no stars.

The most unprofessional Doctor I have experienced in my 53 years!! Never have I ever been treated this way by a professional of any sort!! I had been seen by his other Drs in his practice (Which were also sub-par) & finally got to see Dr. Pyles! When he walked in the office, I started off by saying, 'I finally get to meet The Man! The Myth! The Legend!' Give him praise over the stories I had heard...boy did he prove me wrong!! This man not only was yelling at me like a child, he was basically diminishing my pain and insinuated that I was lying because no one in pain would be smiling and laughing!! If there was some way to report him to the medical board I would!! Left the office crying and will NEVER GO BACK!! I advise anyone thinking of going to his office as an option, please reconsider !!

I have been a patient of Dr Pyles for over 5 years now and in those 5 years he always tried to figure out something better to control my pain. I have been to multiple specialist trying to figure out something better to control my pain. I have been to multiple specialist trying to figure out the source of my pain without success. Dr Pyles always spent the time in trying to truly understand my pain to understand the best way to treat it, he researched new techniques and was willing to try new things. He will spend as much time as you need to accomplish the visit. Sometimes the wait can be long but its because he is dedicated to each patient in front of him and he would do the same for you if you needed more time than your allotted visit time. If anyone needs pain management I will always tell them about Dr. Pyles, him and his staff are dedicated to patient care. Elaine

Dr. Pyles has been treating me for the past 7 months . Dr Pyles went above and beyond to try to curve my pain from Gangrene. Dr Pyles is all about his patients comfort and not just by the use of pill medications. Dr Pyles recommended BOSTON SCIENTIFIC Spinal Cord Stimulator. I am sure glad that he did ,and that i decided to do this procedure. Dr Pyles and his staff were great all the way from the initial trial of the procedure and there after. The Office staff was quick at getting my insurance approval so that i would not have to suffer from this terrible GROIN PAIN THAT I LIVED WITH on a daily basis. The Folks that give Dr.Pyles bad reviews need to reevaluate Themselves,because its seems the issue is more for personal and recreational use and not to help you live a better Quality Life !! And not for nothing Dr.Pyles has compassion and seems more then concerned for me and my quality of life.. THANKS DOC.. I owe you one Man!!

Not only is this doctor arrogant, I am still without feeling in my right side after 2 years. After 2 unsuccessful surgeries, a 3rd surgery was performed to remove the spinal cord stimulator. His office personnel make you feel like you are a drug addict because you have chronic pain from degenerative discs and arthritis and have to take narcotics for the pain. I would never recommend this doctor or his staff.

Staff is rude and inconsiderate. They do not return calls and act like patients don't matter.

Reading reviews it happens quite often. The receptionist is rude - so rude! She needs a reminder of what she is employed to do!
