This Dr is amazing! I'm sitting in the ER in Brownwood and my nurse calls Dr Roberts around midnight and tell him of my injury Dr decided I needed emergency surgery in morning I am not a patient of his nor did he know me. With little information he decided it was in MY best interest to stay overnight and have surgery first thing in morning. He did the surgery and I was home by noon. His after care is included in surgery cost. The office staff are great as well. I felt like I was an existing patient with my first visit and each appt after that. They do all the billing and let you know if the claims are paid and if not what needs to be done. Great experience in spite of it being a traumatizing injury. The ER staff was very concerned about a possibility of losing my arm due to the fact that the injury was open to the bone and could become infected to the point of no return very quickly and I still have my arm everything is back to normal. Thank you Dr Roberts and staff, you guys are… amazing

He’s an excellent doctor the only thing I have to say it’s about his Nurse Emily ... she likes to fllirt with the clients in my case that’s what happened that we even had to split cuz of her.... the thing was that my fiancé wanted to name our baby girl her name cuz they liked each other.....
