Dr. Stephen Rhodes Roszell, MD

I should have found a new dr. Years ago. I have been going to Dr Roszell with my child for almost 6 years. To this day he still doesn’t remember my first name or my child’s name when we visit. He is extremely difficult to get an appointment with when actually needed. I have had to go to immediate care on several occasions because he is unavailable. Every single time I see him with a Health issue he sits on the computer in the examination room and does research online to try to figure out what’s wrong. He does spend an adequate amount of time in the examination but overall seems less than concerned. I cannot recommend Dr. Roszell.

I have had a hard time finding a good doctor in Louisville, who is progressive, open minded and easy to get along with. He spent over an hour with me on my first visit, getting to know me and understanding my medical history. I have had difficult experiences with doctors in the past, and as a result am pretty wary of doctors as a class. Dr Roszell is proof that there are caring professionals out there whose goal is not to make money but make a contribution.

Very professional. A caring family oriented physician who is very concerned that all persons including women have access to all of their health needs.

My over all exsperiance is not all that Great .. Dr. Roszell gave me ok treatment medically !But due to very serious:{Imcompiant,Disrespectful,Insulting,Unproffessional, Behaviour of staff and Openly Hostile Office Manager } ..If you are a "CONSUMER" who {Exspects Your Dr. To Employee Proffesional,Curtious,Staff} And receive value for your Dollar ?This is not the place to spend your money !!

Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with an MD in a long time. Recently relocated to Louisville and needed to find new PCP. Dr. Roszell was recommended by another physician. The wait was a little long and one of the front office staff had some "attitude" but the time with Dr. Roszell was well worth it. He was focused on prevention and healthy lifestyle changes, deemphasized meds (when appropriate)And was attentive and willing to take the time to listen. Would recommend him to anyone looking for these qualities in a PCP.
