Rude, arrogant and does not care about the patient.

Dr. Salopek is a kind and gentle man. He receives each patient with a courteous smile and is never in a rush to finish with you so as he can see someone else. I have called the answering machine when his nurses are off duty and got a quick response. Dr. Salopek cares about each patient and is never hesitant to call on other specialists if this is not his area of expertise. He has gotten me through cancer, anxiety, depression, and my brain tumor. All I have left to say is that he is a great DOCTOR!!!!!!!

Dr Salopek is an excellent internist who takes the time to understand / evaluate his patient's medical issues and is concerned about their outcomes. While it took two months to schedule my first appointment, once you are a patient you can get an appointment as needed on short notice. He took over an hour on preliminary exam and medical history review to ensure he had the total picture. After 3 years I can say without a doubt that he is well worth the wait.
