Dr. Stephen Jeffrey Salzer, MD

Brilliant, caring, thoughtful and thorough, Dr Salzer is an outstanding doctor. I've gone to him from the first day he came to Greenwich by way of Yale and have complete faith in his care.

Dr Salzer is very energetic. He brings that energy to a great sense of knowledge that provided me with the confidence that my surgery be successful. The post care received, and subsequent medical concerns have all been handled with aplomb by Dr. Salzer and his staff. My only concern is that I would like for Dr. Salzer to have more hours in the Stamford Office.

Dr. Salzer is an incredibly skilled and kind doctor. His explanations are clear, and he is extremely concerned with the comfort of the patient. He listens, acknowledges the patient's issues, and provides information that is clear and easy to understand. When I had to call the office with questions, the staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. I am very grateful to Dr. Salzer and his staff for helping me with my sinus issues!

Very professional and knowledgeable easy to talk to and great office staff

rude arrogant cocky over confident and over bearing megelomaniac, doesn't hear what patient says to him and quickly shuts them up because doesn't want to hear what patients have to say -exception if asked you a question--can only answer that specific question (very quickly before rudely interrupts and deliberately cuts you of and tells you to 'stop talking etc.').

he cares for his patients, very thorough, explains in details, has good bedside manner, friendly, returns calls, very smart. i will not go to anybody but him.

Best ENT I have ever seen. Quickly and confidently diagnosed and removed a sinus cyst for me that 10+ other ENTs I've seen over 5+ years never did anything about. Great Doc.

While dr Salzer himself is wonderful doctor and surgeon, and has even operated on my son twice - his staff is incredibly rude and after being his patient for almost a decade (our whole family) his nurses refused to help me get immediate help for ear pain before boarding a flight to la the next day. Sadly , I had to call my gp for a quick refill of ear drops that helped me a lot in the past with the inflammation. (this is for me a chronic problem all my life sadly) So I would not recommend him unless you want to deal with poor service. They are the front line via whom you get or do not get help.
