Dr. Stephen Patrick Sanders, MD

Was sent to Maine medical center because I am having acute deep bone pain and my aggressive form of MS is flaring up. His bedside manners were not kind and he treated me like garbage. Every single time when I have a bad MS flare up. My MS Neurologist and her team wants to know when I am in the ER at Maine medical center. But this ungrateful man who doesn't deserve to be called a Dr. Refuse to treat me. The MS has already effected my left eye and I am unable to see. Thanks for the added stress. I also have been having dark red blood stools with blood clots every single time I go to the bathroom. I am loosing weight faster than before and yet I was sent home by this human form

Rushed, not given full consideration, and certain not enough research was done while I was there. ER report says negative for certain things he never asked about. On a medication that is black boxed by FDA - sent away without any instruction at all. Terrible rushed experience. Only physical exam was looking at my throat and lymph nodes. He did not feel my skin (which was freezing) and wrote it was warm and dry. He did not ask about my breathing even though I was having some difficulty with it. He did not ask about my vision even though it was blurred. Yet, on the ER report, all of that was reported to have been negative. This level of care and attention was egregious and I sincerely hope others with more serious conditions can get the requisite care.

At different times Dr. Sanders has taken care of 4 different family members--most recently my elderly father. He treated him with compassion and was efficient and effective. We are really grateful that he was on duty that day!

Didn't even give me the time of day at. Basically told me he couldn't diagnose me and sent me home.

This 'Dr.' wrote me off before even spending time with me. Bedside manner seriously lacking.
