I went to see Dr Sasala for a routine eye exam at Visionworks in Fairlawn. I found Dr Sasala to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Right off the bat when he asked me about what medications I was taking, his comment after I told him was, “Wow, they have you all dosed up! Can you even think when taking all of those?” Throughout the exam I felt like he was in a huge rush, at one point he asked if one lens was more clear than the other, I answered which one I though was clearer but added that the second one but it was blurry, he retorted, “I don’t care If it’s blurry! I just want to know which one is more clear!” I also mentioned an issue that I was having with my vision at the beginning on my appointment. I had to remind him two more times before he gave me his opinion right before the exam was over. Highly unsatisfied with Dr Sasala’s lack of professionalism.
