My understanding of the common virus/ versus bacterial infection was on shaky ground. Dr. Shaw was able to educate me out of my worry- through concise and real conversation. I, like several of my friends, had been told the "dangers " of allowing a symptom to continue without antibiotics. I felt confused. By taking them, was I just making a flu strain mutate and hurt myself and others? Whew!!! I feel very lucky that he was able to translate medico speak into data that helped me. I'm not paranoid about vaccination anymore and understand when is an appropriate time to use antibiotics!! All from walking into an Urgent Care! The only bummer- he can't be my general practitioner. A friend recommended me- I would recommend Dr. Shaw and his staff to anyone. They are warm and helpful and obviously care about cleanliness and customer care!!

Dr. Shaw is an excellent doctor and is highly experienced. He takes time to explain your medical problems to you in a way that you can understand. When you leave his office you will feel more informed and know how to take better care of yourself. If you want to experience what medicine should be like, go and see Dr. Shaw! Also, he has a great staff and an inviting facility.

Walked in about 4:00 without an appointment... From the receptionist to the Doctor meeting me in the waiting room I felt like I was the only one there. Great care, Very Clean, and Very professional... Highly recommended...

this was my very 1st time visiting Dr.Shaws Clinic.I was in pain totally over the edge.The The front desk and other Staff were outstanding.I had x-rays taken and my very serious knee problem was taken care of in a fraction of the time if I would have driven into the Valley.We should have more of these Clinics seeing that the quality of care exceeds ones expectations.The waiting area very tastefully decorated and so clean as was the rest of the facility.The experience has given me a new look at where I take my Medical needs in the future.
