Dr. Steve D Shufflebarger

This place will let you get in worse shape while they string you along. Most definitely the worst place I have ever dealt with! There needs to be a class action lawsuit to shut them down.

I have had several root canals, the first of which was performed by another dentist. It was a very long procedure and very painful afterwards. Dr. Shufflebarger did all the other root canals, and the procedure was always fairly quick and painless. I'll always seek out Dr. Shufflebarger in the future for this kind of procedure. He's simply the best!

My child had a procedure done by this physician. No one explained "after care" to myself nor did the Physician or his staff discuss how the procedure went and on my childs paperwork, the medication listed as a med that was called in to the pharmacy is a medication that my child is allergic to. When i got to the pharmacy, a different med was called in. When trying to reach someone in the office to talk to, 75% of the time you have to leave a message. When i wanted to talk to Megan the office manager, i was given a different phone number for her. I tried to call her 3 different times. I was not able to leave a message because her mailbox was full every time. When i was able to talk to Megan, she was not nice, unprofessional, not very apologetic and does not have a clue about patient care. I have never seen a physician's office that behaves in this manner. From my experience, I wish we did not choose this Physician. His staff needs to be educated and taught how to properly treat and… care for their patients. He needs Chip Madera to visit his office to teach about a culture of excellence!

I have nothing but praise for the Doctor and his staff. All were polite, friendly and efficient. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and the entire procedure start to finish took less than 1 hour. His staff was very knowledgeable. The injections to numb me were quick and relatively painless. The extraction itself took less than 10 seconds and it was out so quick I didn't even know he was finished. All of the post-procedure paperwork was ready to go when I checked out. I would highly recommend Dr. Shufflebarger.

I had total of 22 teeth extracted for dentures and could not be more pleased with the service and care I received. Dr Shufflebarger traveled to my Drs office for the procedure which was very convenient. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was out the door at 2:30. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all the staff was very kind and excelled at their craft. I have no pain and very little swelling....at the follow up appointment the next day with my dentist they stated that everything was healing exceptionally well. I am extremely pleased with Dr Shufflebarger and would recommend him to anyone. Thank You every so much!

Wow, what an impressive physician & staff! From our very first encounter with Dr. Shufflebarger's receptionist at the desk to the time we left, this office was completely professional and impressive. The receptionist worked quickly to get our papers to us when we arrived, they got us back to the room quick, Shelby explained the instructions in detail, and Dr. Steve asked me twice (before & after surgery) if I had any questions. The forms were clear and easy-to-read instructions. The office is so clean giving you a comfort level that "everything" is clean. We received lots of smiles from the staff. You should be VERY PROUD of everything you do to help your patients. GREAT JOB!

Dr. Shufflebarger has removed teeth on my daughter, Karley and my son, Zachary and he has always been professional and caring. They have both healed quickly and have had no issues.

Dr. Steve did a great job removing my 3 wisdom teeth. Was in an out from start to finish in less then an hour. Entire staff was helpful and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr Shufflebarger at the Beavercreek location for a few extractions and was very impressed. They took an xray and were able to tell me what was going on in my mouth, I thought I had one tooth that was hurting me but there was actually a few broken off teeth that were causing the pain and problems. His staff spent lots of time with me educating me about the extractions I needed. They also spent a great deal of time going over my medical history and medications I take to ensure that everything was going to be OK in my surgery and recovery. I was nervous but the staff was very helpful and reassuring talking me through the numbing process and extraction. The extraction was so fast and easy! I was amazed at how fast and painless he got the teeth out. I felt me entire experience was top notch!
