GUTLESS COWARD Worse Experience of my life, left me feeling humiliated, I refused injection because no one told me what was in them or even were I would be injected, or for what benefit, Dr never even came in the room to explain, he had the assistant come in and tell me they can?t except me as a patient, obviously he has Zero compassion for someone who just lost there husband and is riddled in pain head to toe?. Great Staff - just recommended him. Unlike last review. I had 3 visits with 3 shots series for L3 Sciatica pinch nerve from a same herniated Disc. Shots, Diet and exercise through this 20 year span has kept me abbey from ever having to have surgery. Thank you Dr. Smith and Staff. :)

Would prefer to contact Dr Smith directly but he does not disclose a web address. After a referral, underwent a series of four shots directly into the lower spine. While I had manageable pain before the shots the pain after the shots is almost unmanageable. Have very limited mobility using cain. His office does not have any process for feedback after a series of treatments. I am working with another physician to reverse the damage. He insisted that I say that the pain was reduced which I could not do. Beware of shots into your spine and ask how he follows back on the results.

I have seen the doctor for over 10 years and would just like to say that he does everything he possibly can for all of his patients. His staff from a the receptionist, billing, and all of the nursing staff are phenomenal. They treat me just like family and I love them right back. Thank you for all that you do not only for myself but all of your patients. So thankful that I found this pain management.

I was referred to see him about having a denervation done, what a waste of time. They did not check ahead of time to see if this doctor had a contract to do the procedure. Guess what, he did not have a contract with my insurance company, but he does see patients at the very office I was referred to him at. Terrible. Do not go there don't waste your time.

Went to another doctor 5 minutes from my house. After my first shot which didnt help at all, I decided to drive one hour each way to Dr. Smith, who I had used years before for chronic back pain. I had no pain relief from the shots the other doctor gave me and could immediately see that Dr. Smith took more time with his shots and got better results.

He was an arrogant man, he did not resolve my pain and I never will visit again.

I started seeing Dr. Smith several years ago after finding out I had a few herniated discs. His treatments were the only thing that relieved my pain. Anytime I get a flare up, his staff gets me an appointment quickly and my pain is immediately taken care of. Love him and his staff!

Dr. Smith was great and really listened to me.
