Dr. Sobie then did a one year fellowship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania between 1987 and 1988. He became board certified in adult and pediatric otolaryngology on October 9, 1987. Dr. Sobie is a member of several professional societies and is a clinical instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He practices all aspects of general ear, nose and throat surgery, facial plastic surgery, and the treatment of sleep disorders.
