Dr. Stephen Xavier Solfanelli

This doctor and his office have a lot to learn about professionalism.

Dr. Stephan was professional and generally a decent guy. However, I had a horrible experience at reception. We were chewed out by an older blonde receptionist who had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in the office. The woman was angry because we hadn't been returning her calls, which we had been waiting for. We realized that we had never updated our contact info with the office so we apologized sincerely. She continued to nastily rant that she called the number numerous times, also stating that she knew it was disconnected and yet continued to call for months. We didn't even receive a letter, which would've made more sense than calling a phone you know is disconnected. She refused to schedule another appointment so we can never go back. My wisdom teeth are grinding into the rest of my teeth, desparately in need of surgery and now we need wait 2 months until my next dentist appointment to referred to a new oral surgeon.

I was informed by dentist that I needed to have bone on my palate removed. However after consultation with Doctor Solfanelli there was no need for this operation.

Dr. Solfanelli removed three of my wisdom teeth, and did an amazing job. His pricing was as phenomenal as his personality. I almost passed him up because the pricing was so FAIR ("Too Good To Be True" mentality). I realized only after using him why he prices this way - he CARES about his patients and people. If you are searching for the best oral surgeon in NEPA, you've found him. Highly recommended!
