The title says it all. Dr. Tedder is so patient and always explaine's. Can't praise the doctor and his staff enough

I have been a patient of Dr. Tedder since he first opened his practice in Douglasville, I love the way he makes you feel like your eyesight and well being is very important to him and his staff. I once had to call him on a Sunday because I was concerned with my vision he had his family in the car and pulled over to talk to me and made sure I felt comfortable with what he recommended. . I have referred several of my friends and would not think of trusting my eyesight to anyone else.

Dr Tedder and the staff at the front office, especially amy and martha are very friendly and professional. Dr Tedder is an incredible doctor. The only complain I have is about John from the Optical Shop. I hope the Doctor's office read this, I will not ever recommend anyone I know to the optical department. Especially because of John. He was very unprofessional and rude. I have been Dr Tedders patient for over a year and I have never had an issue till today. I had a question about my prescription and called him and he asked me to come by and when i went with my husband he treated us very badly and spoke to us in a very condesending way.If he wasn't willing to provide the information that we needed, all he had to do was say that he cannot provide the information. We would have understood. Instead he made us come there and then he treated us very poorly. After the experience I had with him, we will not go back there

NEVER makes you feel like he's in a hurry.Takes time to explain what he is doing and what is happening with your eyesight.Does not hesitate to send you to a specialist if one is needed.Appears to continue his education to stay abreast of latest information.Very personable and easy to talk to....always open to your questions.
