Never listened to me. Did not care about my complain of hand swelling, lack of joint movement, warmth and pain. Dismissed my MRI finding even when it showed fracture and subluxation. I suffered for seven weeks in his hand. Nobody should go through this. Finally had surgery after another hand surgeon reviewed same mri. Awful experience.

He charged me for work he didn't do on my bill I only had 1 office visit that lasted a few min. He charging he was treating my broke arm that he didn't do any of I contacted the office and the wouldn't take it off How many people gets charged for work they don't get done Very bad experience and still is I hope this helps other people

I had broken multiple bones in my hand and wrist including broken hamate bone, which I learned is pretty hard to do. Dr Troum's team got me in immediately and scheduled me for surgery the following day. The surgical center as great as well.

Dr. Troum was extremely professional and fixed both problems with my wrist in one surgery (one was unknown from initial physical diagnosis). His bedside manner was great and his nurses were caring.

Surgery results were excellent. Would recommend him to anyone with carpal tunnel syndrom.
