Doctor Tsang : is a very nice doctor who always listens to me . He also does his most best !! In what he does . He is the world's best gyn doctor in tracy !! He is also very funny . He was makes me smile . He does the very best at what he does . Yes I would recommend him to all my family and friends . Thanks for a wonderful 13 years as your patient .

I went here for a first time appt lost 3 hours worth of wages and the gal at the desk Erica did not verify my insurance over the phone instead she did it online which the website is 24 hours behind , most people do this by phone if someone is standing in their office. I was there 15 minutes and she stated she had another patient coming in and I could not be seen this day. Excuse me if I'm wrong but she should have picked up the darn phone like I had to calling health net. I DID have coverage but since these gals in this office are of no help I won't be calling to cancel my next apt let them figure it out. I have found a MUCH friendlier OBGYN office in Tracy! I saw another review that gave the staff here 2.4 stars, maybe the doc should take notice and find friendlier staff.

Dr. Tsang spends more than the average amount of time listening to my concerns and he takes care to provide workable solutions from different approaches. Dr. Tsang welcomed second opinions and works well with my primary care physicians and specialists alike; he truly partners with his patients in their healthcare.While Dr Tsang is very personable and has an excellent bedside manner, some of his office staff is lacking in professionalism and courtesy toward patients. I typically feel as though I am bothering the front office staff when I need to sign in or make follow-up appointments.I highly recommend Dr. Tsang.
