Dr. Stephen Wade, MD

Is this guy on the juice? Seems to me he ant taken protein drinks. Anyway the red face gave it away must drink a lot being a doctor. Not sure where the 5 stars came from must be a employee or a friend because I wouldn’t recommend this guy if he were my own friend!

Dr Wade's incompetent staff couldn't bring up my MRI reports, and the man still offered to preform a back blocker procedure with out knowing what's wrong with me. The foot Doctor next door was wonderful and came and taught them how to find the MRI through a share file program. They still couldn't find it after being trained, as the receptionist forgot the training after taking the time to tell the waiting patients how much alcohol she can drink. Dr Wade had me wait in the room for 2 hours while neither his staff nor he himself called to get my MRI, as I stated the receptionist was very busy. He waited on 6 other patients while he forgot me. I know this because of the clear HIPA violation of no white noise, allowing me to hear every word of everyones personal ailments. It seems Dr Wade will offer you whatever lines his pockets, but is luckily and unfortunately the only pain Dr in the area. Shame.

this is truly a great doctor and he is calming for me. I love him and the staff as well. thank you dr wade. I am happy I found north American spine and pain. he is very easy on the eyes as well

The staff is completly incompetent and uneducated. There service and courtesy towards patients is disgracful. This is a pain management office where you have to wait weeks for there office to get referrals, appointments or even being able to contact office is very difficult. The staff is rude and disrepectful. Dr.wade doesn't pay attention to your needs or listen to your issues . It's in and out as fast as possible and you wait weeks for appointments while in extreme pain. This is by far my worst experience in any pain clinic office.

Dr. Wade is an exceptionally caring physician. He always ends his visit with "are there any other questions or concerns I can answer for you?" He really cares about his patients and their total well being. My only concern sometimes is that darn laptop that he is required to use ( as most doctors are being mandated to). I think it takes away from the doctor to patient relationship... as sometimes Dr. Wade gets wrapped up in what he needs to enter in my record. This in no way is a reflection of the care he gives. I just wish it was something he didn't have to deal with.
