I have been informed that Dr Wallace has issued a bill in my name for service I never had done. He charged more than triple the urgent care for a simple digital x-ray and is now trying to use a collection agency to ruin my credit for something I never had done. His contact information on his web md profile is inaccurate and it's completely impossible to reach his office over the matter. Further he apparently sold or transferred this bill to a collection agency while SB 20-211 was still in effect o we a service that was more than 2 years ago which is ILLEGAL. His actions are attempting to ruin my perfect credit history due to this matter

our daughter just left DR.wallace in buck creek in Avon in tears . he yelled at her and she will not go back .she is in pain . Very frightening situation .We are not in the area and can't talk to him , I called the receptionist said no I can't :(
